Macy Bicknell scored a game-high 22 points and Paedyn Keys added 20 to lead Paris to a 60-35 Illinois high school girls basketball victory on Monday night in the Tigers' gym.
Keys and Bicknell each hit a 3-pointer, as did teammate Kilee Edwards for Paris. Sarah Cresap's 11 points paced Monticello (now 10-6).

Paris roared to a 16-2 lead after one quarter and stretched that margin to 37-7 at halftime, more than enough to offset getting outscored 28-23 by the Sages in the second half.
Coach David Tingley's Tigers (now 13-2) play host to Casey at 6 p.m. Friday.
In other prep girls basketball:
• North Vermillion 51, Dugger 12 — At Dugger, the visiting Falcons' defense limited the host Bulldogs to just five field goals, securing a nonconference victory on Monday night.
North Vermillion surged to a 16-4 lead after the first quarter and never trailed afterward.
Cadence Dunham led the Falcons (6-10) with 18 points, including three 3-pointers, while Nora Thomann added 17. Sage Stahl led Dugger (4-9) with 10 points.
Dugger plays host to Oblong-Palestine-Hutsonville at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, while North Vermillion plays 6:30 p.m. that same night at Riverton Parke.
