Michigan State is losing another player on the defensive side of the ball to the transfer portal, with Aisea Moa making the decision to transfer away from the Spartans program.
Moa, who came to MSU in 2025 as a transfer from BYU, played 180 snaps in 11 games for the Spartans this season. He recorded 12 tackles and a tackle for loss for the Spartans this season.

A North Ogden, Utah, native, Moa will have one year of eligibility remaining wherever he ends up next. A 6-foot-2 and 235 pound linebacker, he should have some suitors that value his power four experience.
According to PFF, for the 2025 season, Moa ranked as a 63.5 overall defender, while being a 43.7 in run defense, 64.3 in coverage and 80.5 in pass rush.
