Report: SSC Napoli eyeing Bayern Munich midfielder Leon Goretzka

Bayern Munich’s midfielder Leon Goretzka’s future is still uncertain. His contract expires in the summer of 2026 and, with no agreement with the club for a contract extension, his situation has sparked several rumors of aa move away from Bayern Munich. The latest candidate for his signature seems to be SSC Napoli, according to Fabrizio Romano and Matteo Moretto (via @iMiaSanMia).

Leon Goretzka is a name that Napoli have identified as a possibility. But given that Bayern have no desire to sell him in January, Napoli will continue to monitor his situation with a view to the summer transfer window. Napoli are expecting significant competition for Goretzka when his Bayern contract expires in June, especially from Spanish and English clubs [@FabrizioRomano, @MatteMoretto].
