The Arizona Cardinals have requested to interview New England Patriots passing game coordinator and tight ends coach Thomas Brown for their head coaching job, according to NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe.
Brown began his coaching career in 2020 as the Los Angeles Rams' running backs coach under Sean McVay. He was the Carolina Panthers' offensive coordinator in 2023, and in 2024, he served as the passing game coordinator, offensive coordinator and interim head coach for the Chicago Bears.

Brown has a long resume that was always going to catch eyes in the offseason. Given his instant success with the Patriots, he has positioned himself well to land another major coaching opportunity.
This will be a situation worth monitoring, as Brown is one of the up-and-coming offensive minds in the NFL.
If there is one silver lining to a potential departure, it’s that the Patriots' success has opened eyes around the league. They have once again become a desirable destination for great coaches and players.
