Despite closing out the year on a four-game winning streak, former Atlanta Falcons head coach Raheem Morris was fired following the 2025 NFL season finale.
Morris went 16-18 in his two seasons with the Falcons, and while he was far from perfect, he's still a good leader who can provide value to an organization.According to multiple sources, including ESPN's Adam Schefter, Morris has three head coach interviews lined up for next week.

The Arizona Cardinals, New York Giants and Tennessee Titans will interview Morris in person over the next eight days. Morris is an appealing candidate for any team looking to add stability. He has experience on both sides of the ball and ended the 2025 season as arguably the hottest coach in the NFL.
While several Falcons players seemed to back Morris, including wide receiver Drake London, running back Bijan Robinson and tight end Kyle Pitts, team owner Arthur Blank had other ideas about the future of the team. After his firing, Morris returned to say goodbye to his players in what was described as an emotional meeting.
There aren't a ton of great candidates out there aside from the top names, like John Harbaugh and Kevin Stefanski. With seven current job openings, not everyone will get the coach they want. Whether or not Morris lands another head coaching gig this year, he's at least worthy of a long look for any team with a vacancy.

The Falcons have requested interviews with a handful of candidates, including Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph and Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak.
