Poll Time: How Do You Feel About the Kazuma Okamoto Signing?

I don’t think there will be any more news about the Kazuma Okamoto deal today, as much as I’d like to hear from the Jays about how they intend to use him.

It makes it clear we aren’t going after Alex Bergman (or if we did, I have no idea where we would play everyone. I don’t think it makes signing Bo or Kyle Tucker any less likely (but perhaps it makes signing both far less likely).

I think the signing improves our offense a fair bit. Another power hitter is something we needed. I’ve seen people saying that he and Addison Barger will platoon, but I very much doubt that. You don’t sign Okamoto with the idea of sitting him 74% of the time.
