New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel confirmed that the team will be missing multiple starters for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins, including edge rusher Harold Landry III, linebacker Robert Spillane, guard Jared Wilson and defensive tackle Khyiris Tonga.
However, fullback Jack Westover is questionable to play in the regular season finale.

Not having Landry, Spillane and Tonga up front means another week of the team being shorthanded on defense. They will have to depend on others to step up and contribute to ensure the Patriots get either the No. 1 or No. 2 seed in the playoffs.
The Patriots could catch a huge break if Dolphins running back De'Von Achane is unable to play on Sunday. His unavailability for Friday's practice leaves his game status in doubt for Week 18. Wide receiver Jaylen Waddle is questionable, and safety Minkah Fitzpatrick is trending toward not playing in the game.
The fact that defensive tackle Milton Williams and offensive tackle Will Campbell were not mentioned means they could be returning for the final game of the regular season. Those would be two significant returns in time for the Patriots' postseason run.
