GREEN BAY − The Green Bay Packers placed safety Zayne Anderson and cornerback Nate Hobbs on injured reserve, among a slew of roster moves Dec. 31.
Packers coach Matt LaFleur indicated during his Dec. 31 news conference that the two likely would miss the rest of the season. Hobbs suffered a knee injury during the team’s Week 17 loss to the Baltimore Ravens after colliding with Ravens receiver Zay Flowers in the end zone while breaking up pass in the second quarter. Hobbs dealt with a number of knee injuries during his debut season in Green Bay, recording 27 total tackles (14 solo) and two passes defensed across 11 games.
