Oregon Duck fans react to dominant Orange Bowl CFP win over Texas Tech

It's been a long 365 days for Oregon Duck fans hoping to celebrate on New Year's Day. After falling to the Ohio State Buckeyes in the Rose Bowl a year ago, there was some optimism and anticipation on Thursday morning ahead of the Orange Bowl against the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

And Dan Lanning delivered a beating.

The final score was 23-0 in a defensive masterpiece that completely shut down one of the most explosive offenses in the nation. Oregon forced four turnovers, and completely nullified everything that the Red Raiders tried to do on offense, holding them to just 215 total yards.

In the end, it resulted in a dominant showing that has Oregon now moving on to Atlanta to play in the Peach Bowl, facing either the Alabama Crimson Tide or Indiana Hoosiers in the semifinals.
