STILLWATER — For the second time in three days, the Oklahoma State football program has brought an Okie back home through the transfer portal.

The 5-foot-11, 190-pound Horn will be a redshirt junior in the fall and comes to OSU with a good amount of experience. He appeared in 30 games over three seasons at Texas Tech, finishing with 64 tackles and eight pass breakups.

He was a top-five recruit on The Oklahoman’s Super 30 for the 2022 class coming out of Broken Arrow, where he starred as a running back and defensive back.
