The Oklahoma Sooners have added another weapon for offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle via the transfer portal. Virginia transfer wide receiver Trell Harris has committed to the Sooners, according to Hayes Fawcett of On3 Sports.

Harris led the Cavaliers in receiving with 59 catches for 847 yards and five touchdowns. He recorded two 100-yard games and had six games with at least 60 yards receiving in 2025 for a Virginia offense that averaged 30 points per game. His biggest game of the season came in a November win over Duke, where he posted eight receptions for 161 yards and a touchdown.

He was seventh in the ACC in receiving yards this season while finishing 11th in the conference in targets. Among ACC wide receivers with at least 79 targets in 2025, Harris was No. 2 in passer rating while targeted and was credited with just two drops on 87 last season, according to Pro Football Focus.

Harris is a big addition for the Sooners' offense, providing Arbuckle and John Mateer someone who can win at every level of the passing game.
