The Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars will do battle in the AFC wild-card round during the upcoming NFL postseason.

The Bills (12-5) earned the No. 6 seed in the conference after the New England Patriots (13-4) snapped their five-year streak of winning the AFC East.

Meanwhile, the Jaguars (13-4) won their own AFC South divisional crown. That landed them the No. 3 seed and the matchup with the Bills.

Despite Buffalo heading to Everbank Stadium for their 1 p.m. game on Sunday with Jacksonville, the Bills enter as the favorite.

Sportsbooks including BetMGM had Buffalo open as a 1.5-point favorite. In addition, the over/ under for the contest started at 50.5.

The Bills having playoff experience on their side appears to be the factor considering the Jaguars enter the playoffs on an eight-game winning streak.

In addition, Jacksonville quarterback Trevor Lawrence has a 2-1 record against Buffalo and QB Josh Allen in his career. However, their last meeting in 2024 was a huge 47-10 win for the Bills.
