Indianapolis Colts' general manager will hold his season-ending press conference on Thursday, Jan. 8th.

Ballard will be back for his 10th season as GM in 2026. During his first nine seasons, the Colts have just two playoff appearances -- including none since 2020 -- one playoff win and no division titles.
