It was a wild week 18, which means the playoffs will be just as wild.
After Sunday afternoon's slate of games, we know five of the six matchups for the Super Wildcard Weekend. Who plays when, and on what network will still be determined, but here's what we're looking at next week.

AFC Playoff picture
This is still incomplete, but we know everything but the winner of the AFC North. That will be sorted out tonight when the Pittsburgh Steelers host the Baltimore Ravens. The winner gets that game.
The New England Patriots take second place in the AFC and will host the seventh place team, which are the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Jacksonville Jaguars take third in the AFC after winning the South, and they'll take on on the Buffalo Bills.
The final AFC game of opening weekend features the Houston Texans traveling to either Baltimore or Pittsburgh, depending on who wins tonight.

NFC Playoff picture
The NFC is clearer, as we know all of the Wild Card games.
The Seattle Seahawks earned the bye after defeating the San Francisco 49ers.
The No. 2 seed are the Chicago Bears. They'll square off against NFC North rival Green Bay Packers next weekend.
The defending champion Super Bowl champions Philadelphia Eagles take third and will meet the San Francisco 49ers.
And the final matchup features the Los Angeles Rams against the Carolina Panthers.
