The 2025 regular season has officially come to a close for the New York Giants, and now they're headed into the offseason facing quite a bit of uncertainty.

Head coach Brian Daboll was fired mid-season, quickly followed by defensive coordinator Shane Bowen and assistant Bryan Cox. General manager Joe Schoen somehow remains at his post and will lead the head coaching search.

Analysis

After facing the NFL's toughest strength of schedule in 2025, things will only get mildly easier in 2026. In addition to their usual home-and-away series against NFC East opponents, the Giants will face five playoff teams (six if you include the Eagles), with four of those coming on the road.

Big Blue will also likely face their former first-round pick, quarterback Daniel Jones, for the first time, assuming he remains with the Colts.

They will also face several quarterbacks taken in the 2025 NFL draft: Cam Ward, Shedeur Sanders, and Tyler Shough.
