New video shows how Patriots reacted to Efton Chism's first TD catch

New England Patriots wide receiver Efton Chism III scored his first NFL touchdown in last week's game against the New York Jets. A recent video uploaded to the Patriots' social media page showed the reception Chism had on the sideline after the play.

The undrafted rookie had a productive day overall. He caught two passes for 40 yards, including a 30-yard pass that was his longest of the afternoon. He was part of a Patriots offensive onslaught that included five touchdown passes from quarterback Drake Maye.

The whole team was excited for his touchdown reception, and that was evident by everyone swarming and embracing him after the play.

Hopefully, this will serve as a springboard for the rest of Chism's NFL career.

He has the talent to be a productive slot receiver, and he flashed some of it against the Jets. He will have to stay ready in case his number gets called again with the final regular season game set for Sunday and the postseason right around the corner.
