Nebraska picked up a commitment from San Diego State safety Dwayne McDougle on Tuesday evening. The announcement was made on social media.
McDougle played under defensive coordinator Rob Aurich last season. He had a successful season statistically last year, recording 51 total tackles, a forced fumble, and four interceptions. He recorded seven tackles and an interception in the New Mexico Bowl against North Texas.

McDougall could help fill the void left by the departures of DeShon Singleton and Malcolm Hartzog. The program has been active in the transfer portal for the past 24 hours. It will be exciting to see what other moves are left for the Cornhuskers.
