Michigan State transfer offensive lineman Justin Bell has committed to an ACC program led by a former Big Ten head coach.
Allen Trieu of 247Sports reported on Monday evening that Bell has committed to Virginia Tech. Bell is among a list of now former Spartans that have landed at a new power four school during the transfer portal window.

According to Trieu, Bell's relationship with Virginia Tech offensive line coach Matt Moore "helped pave the way for this commitment." Bell has known Moore since high school.
Bell, who is from Macomb, Mich., was a member of Michigan State's 2025 recruiting class as a 3-star prospect. He ranked as the No. 90 offensive tackle and No. 24 player in the state of Michigan.
Bell didn't see any game action this past season as a true freshman, and will have four years eligibility remaining.
