Mikel Brown Jr. out for Duke game

Louisville will be without its star freshman point guard for the biggest home ACC game of the season.

Pat Kelsey revealed Monday morning that Mikel Brown Jr. will once again be out when U of L hosts No. 5 Duke Tuesday inside the KFC Yum Center. A lingering back injury has kept Brown off the court since the Dec. 13 win over Memphis State.

Over 10 games of action, Brown Jr. is averaging 16.6 points and 5.1 assists per game.
