Eaton played one season for the Spartans, appearing in all 12 games for Michigan State this past year. He recorded 19 tackles and two passes defended during his one year with the Spartans.
Prior to his time at Michigan State, Eaton played three seasons at Oklahoma (2020-22) and two seasons at Texas State (2023-2024). In his career, he played in 55 games, recording 75 tackles (2.5 for loss), one sack and 15 passes defended.
Eaton was out of college eligibility so him declaring for the NFL Draft shouldn't come as a surprise. But it does end any consideration of him applying for a waiver to get an extra year of eligibility.
