Michigan State football set to host Georgia Southern offensive lineman

5 days ago 2

Absolutely one of the biggest priorities for Michigan State football in their first offseason under new head coach Pat Fitzgerald will be to rebuild an offensive line that has been the subject of a lot of ire these last few seasons. Over the next week or so, the Spartans will be bringing in quite a few names from the portal to East Lansing to visit, and one of those names will reportedly be Robert Wright Jr. from Georgia Southern.

Wright isn't the only Georgia Southern player to come in for a visit, as Edge MJ Stroud will also be on campus. Wright is ranked as a 3-star transfer by 247Sports after starting for Georgia Southern last year. Wright spent three seasons with the Eagles, but redshirted one year and broke his arm another, and will look to use a solid starting season to make a move to a more prominent program.
