The Miami Heat picked up an impressive win Thursday night, defeating the Detroit Pistons for their fourth straight victory.

Despite being underdogs against the No.1 seed in the Eastern Conference, Miami picked up a crucial victory behind 36 points from Norman Powell and 19 from Jaime Jaquez Jr.
This comes at the perfect time for the Heat, as Miami struggled early in the month of December, going 2-8 in the first three weeks of the month.
Now with four straight wins, they've moved into a tie for sixth place in the conference with the Orlando Magic and they've done so all without Tyler Herro.
After being sidelined to begin the year, Herro played in just six games before a toe injury caused him to miss even more time. Now through 34 games, Herro has missed 28 already.

According to NBA insider Anthony Chiang, that trend will continue Saturday as Herro has been ruled out once more ahead of Miami's matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Pelle Larsson has been upgraded to questionable with a sprained ankle. As for Bam Adebayo, Jaquez Jr. and Nikola Jovic, the trio has been listed as probable after being added to the injury report with minor concerns following Thursday's game against Detroit.
After Saturday's game against Minnesota, Miami will stay home to face the New Orleans Pelicans on a back-to-back Sunday.
They'll then embark on a four-game road trip Tuesday against Minnesota, Indiana, Chicago and Oklahoma City.
