Dallas Mavericks rookie forward Cooper Flagg is among the Western Conference leaders in fan voting for the 2025 NBA All-Star Game, the league announced.

Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Dončić and Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo lead their respective conferences in the second batch of returns released on Tuesday. Dončić paces all players on the ballot, receiving 2,229,811 votes since it opened on Dec. 17.

Flagg, who wasn't in the top 20 in the first returns announced on Dec. 29, jumped up to 16th, garnering 236,182 votes. He is the only first-year player to appear on the leaderboard to help determine the starting lineups for the 75th All-Star Game.

Flagg is averaging 18.9 points, 6.4 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.2 steals on 47.6% shooting from the field in 35 games with the Mavericks. He is second in the rookie class in scoring and is one of two first-year players with three 30-point performances.

The No. 1 overall pick faces long odds of earning an All-Star selection: A rookie hasn't been chosen since Blake Griffin in 2011, and only 45 in history have earned that honor. However, he is a lock to be selected to the Rising Stars Game as part of the weekend in Inglewood, California.

The fan voting for the All-Star Game will run through Jan. 14 at 11:59 p.m. EST, with the starting lineups for each conference set to be announced at a time to be determined.
