If you've watched any of the bowl games so far this year, it's hard to predict what we're going to get today for the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl between the Texas Longhorns and Michigan Wolverines at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida.
Just look at TCU's upset of USC and Illinois' win over Tennessee as an example of what player attrition before the bowl can do.

Texas is missing 18 players from the end of the season. A dozen have hit the transfer portal and the rest are going into the 2026 NFL Draft. Michigan is down 15 players and their coach, who was fired and arrested on the same day.
We will get Arch Manning's last game of the year. We know he'll be back in 2026, so this will be a final work out before his second full campaign as the Texas Longhorns starting quarterback begins. And most of his receivers return, except DeAndre Moore Jr. who entered the portal.
There will also be a lot of young players all over the field. Especially at running back, linebacker and defensive back.
