Kyle Hamilton exits Ravens matchup vs. Steelers with a concussion

The Ravens trail the Steelers 13-10 with the fourth quarter about to start, and any comeback victory will happen without All-Pro safety Kyle Hamilton. Hamilton and Alohi Gilman collided while making a tackle. Both players went into the blue tent. Gilman returned to the game, while Hamilton was carted off with a concussion.

Earning his third-consecutive Pro Bowl nod, Hamilton is the NFL's only safety – and one of three defenders overall – to record at least 90 tackles (92), one sack (one), two forced fumbles (two), five passes defensed (eight) and five tackles for loss (seven).
