The Broncos beat the Chiefs in Kansas City on [Thursday]. Denver dominated every statistic but penalties, turnovers, and score. When you see the time of possession and yardage difference it looks like the beat down many people expected. Kansas City scored with short drives after a turnover, after a pass interference penalty, and after a long punt return. These types of mistakes have plagued the Broncos all year and have kept many games closer than they needed to be. The Broncos win on Christmas along with the Chargers loss to the Texans gives Denver the AFC West division championship. A win against the Chargers next weekend will give the Broncos the AFC title, a bye in the first week of playoffs, and home field advantage throughout the playoffs. Go Broncos!
