Joplin led Crooked Oak 38-19 by halftime of Tuesday's consolation semifinal game at Neosho Junior High and used that to roll out to a 67-27 lead after three quarters.
The Eagles (3-5) claimed a 77-37 win to advance to the fifth-place game at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday against Neosho in the Neosho Holiday Classic. That game will also be held at the junior high.

Solei Parker led Joplin and all scorers with 24 points. She shot 50% from the field, going 7 of 14. She cashed in on 8 of 10 free throws while shooting 2 of 5 from beyond the arc.
Alissa Owens filled the stat sheet with 17 points, 11 rebounds and five assists.
The only other Eagle in double figures was Adwen Barstow with 13.
Oklahoma's Crooked Oak (2-8) was paced by Ma'Chaeyla Churchwell's 13 points.
Joplin shot 27 of 57 (47.4%) as a team from the field and 4 of 9 (44.4%) from outside. It was 19 of 26 (73.1%) on free throws.
The Eagles outrebounded the Ruf-Nex 44-25 and won the turnover battle 15-26, forcing the opposition into 26 turnovers.
