The San Francisco 49ers defeated the Chicago Bears 42-38 on Sunday night at Levi's Stadium to make it six wins in a row and set themselves up to steal the division in Week 18 if they beat the Seattle Seahawks.

Late in Sunday's game, the 49ers were down 38-35 with just over five minutes to go, but quarterback Brock Purdy led the team down the field and found wide receiver Jauan Jennings, who caught the ball and ran 38 yards for a score to give his team the lead.

The 38-yard score for Jennings put him up over 600 yards on the season, which unlocked a contract incentive worth $666,666, so he had multiple reasons to celebrate that touchdown.

Jennings is also nine receptions from earning another $666,667 incentive, and if he plays over 35% of the team's offensive snaps against the Seahawks, he'll earn another $800,000.

The 28-year-old wanted a long-term extension this past offseason, and while he didn't end up getting that, he's still earning quite a bit for his efforts this year.
