Could Jacksonville Jaguars' offensive coordinator Grant Udinski's name come up in the New York Giants' head coaching search?
ESPN's Jordan Raanan, who covers the Giants, recently wrote, "Don't be surprised" if Udinski is mentioned in some capacity as this search unfolds.

Now, does that mean he gets an interview? We still have to wait and see on that one. But the Giants are casting a wide net in their search, as Raanan wrote, and Udinski has impressed in his young coaching career.
NFL insider Jonathan Jones reported recently as well that Udinski could get some head coaching interviews this offseason.
Conor Orr of Sports Illustrated recently put together his list of the top 43 head coaching candidates to know for the 2026 offseason, and also mentioned Udinski.
With Liam Coen calling the plays in Jacksonville, the next likely step for Udinski in his coaching progression is to be a play-calling offensive coordinator before becoming a head coach.

Udinski plays a key role in the Jaguars' offense that is ascending and currently ranks ninth in points per game. Under Coen and Udinski, this is an offensive scheme built on multiplicity and is rooted in the Sean McVay system.
The addition of Udinski to the coaching staff was an important hire for Coen.
