As Iowa football juggles both high school and transfer portal recruiting fields, the Hawkeyes landed themselves a spot on elite 2027 four-star interior offensive lineman Peyton Miller's Top 11 program list.
The 6-foot-5, 290-pound native of Anna, Texas, is ranked as the No. 173 overall prospect, No. 24 in the state, and No. 8 interior offensive lineman in his class, according to 247Sports.

Along with Iowa, which offered Miller on May 28, 2025, the Hawkeyes are joined by Florida State, SMU, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Clemson, Arizona State, Texas, Florida, and Big Ten foes Wisconsin and Penn State.
One of the most impressive accolades for the budding star lineman so far was his participation in the 2026 Under Armour All-America Game on Jan. 3, in DeLand, Florida.
Given that Iowa is coming off a year in which the program secured the Joe Moore Award for the nation's top offensive line, adding Miller's skill set would continue the Hawkeyes' dominance on the front line and spell further offensive success.
