Injury update: Early week news provided on Bills LB Terrel Bernard

The Buffalo Bills will be sitting down at least one quarterback against the New York Jets because of injury... the QB of their defense.

Terrel Bernard has already been ruled out of Buffalo's season finale in Week 18 at Highmark Stadium against the New York Jets (3-12). The Bills (11-5) linebacker sustained a calf injury in Buffalo's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles last week and left the contest:

Without Bernard, Shaq Thompson is slated to start in his place against the Jets.

It's unclear how serious Bernard's injury is but it does not appear to be a serious one that would jeopardize him for the playoffs.
