When was the last time you saw back-to-back fake punts? The Indianapolis Colts pulled it off Sunday against the Houston Texans.
The Colts lined up in punt formation on 4th-and-5 from their 29, but punter Rigoberto Sanchez completed a 16-yard pass to tight end Mo Alie-Cox for a first down.

As the Texans regrouped, the Colts punt team stayed on the field, with Sanchez taking another snap. Houston was called for too many players on the field, giving the Colts 5 free yards.
The Colts went back to their offense after that, with Riley Leonard leading a drive that ended with a Blake Grupe field goal and a 10-6 lead.
