Kubiak helped lead the Seahawks to a 14-3 record and top seed in the NFC for the playoffs. Seattle has a bye this week before playing either Jan. 17 or 18 in the divisional round.

Because of the bye, he's allowed by NFL rules to conduct virtual interviews this week.

Kubiak's offense has the third-highest scoring total in the league. The 38-year-old is in his first year as Seattle's offensive coordinator and scored a franchise-best 483 points. Kubiak has also been an offensive coordinator in New Orleans and Minnesota.

He is the son of former Denver Broncos Super Bowl champion coach Gary Kubiak.
