Former Alabama offensive lineman Wilkin Formby has officially committed to Texas A&M, per On3's Pete Nakos.
A former four-star recruit, Formby struggled at times over the past three seasons as a member of the Crimson Tide. The redshirt sophomore tackle started 16 games for Alabama throughout his tenure in Tuscaloosa, with 14 of those starts coming throughout the 2025 campaign. Formby could quickly become a crucial member of the Aggies' offensive line next year, as the Tuscaloosa native will almost certainly start at right tackle to begin the 2026 season.

Formby was ranked as the No. 8 overall offensive tackle and the No. 88 overall player from the class of 2023, per the 247Sports Composite rankings. The dynamic big man will have two years of eligibility remaining, and Formby will look to continue improving during his time at College Station.
Formby and the Texas A&M Aggies will travel to Tuscaloosa to face the Crimson Tide on Oct. 24 of next season.
