Former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Bill Cowher, who knows exactly how to handle opposing AFC North teams, shares how he’d game plan for the Week 18 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens.
Following Pittsburgh’s loss to the Cleveland Browns, Cowher revealed his hypothetical plan for Pittsburgh’s win-or-go-home game this Sunday.

“To me, I’d put a game plan together that’s running the ball, and it’s play-action with Pat Freiermuth and Jonnu Smith,” Cowher said. “They are the two best skill players you have right now.”
With wide receiver DK Metcalf suspended and tight end Darnell Washington ruled out for the rest of the season with a broken arm, Freiermuth and Smith are truly the best players available.
Luckily for the Steelers, wide receiver Calvin Austin III (hamstring) could make his return this Sunday against Baltimore after a one-game absence, bringing some speed back to Pittsburgh’s offense.
