ESPN 'College GameDay' makes picks for Oregon Ducks vs. Texas Tech

1 week ago 2

The Oregon Ducks have been waiting a full calendar year to get back to this moment. It was 365 days ago that they saw their promising 2024 season come to an end with a brutal loss to the Ohio State Buckeyes in the Rose Bowl. Now, they get a chance to redeem themselves and move on to the College Football Playoff quarterfinals with an Orange Bowl matchup against the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

It is undoubtedly the biggest game that either team will have played all season long, and against one of the best teams they've seen this year for the Ducks. Many experts are predicting a close one, with a lot of national college football analysts predicting Oregon to come out on top and advance to the semifinals.
