Friday is finally upon us, as the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints both held their final practices of not only the week, but the year, as neither team will be in the playoffs. The Saints have already ruled out receiver Chris Olave, while the Falcons have a few players whose status is up in the air currently.

Let’s take a look!

As we look at the Falcons first, they have quite a few players listed as questionable for the season finale. The most notable is tight end Kyle Pitts, receiver Drake London, and receiver Darnell Mooney — essentially all of the Falcons’ top receiving options. The team did rule out two players following Friday’s practice: corner Clark Phillips III, who is dealing with a triceps injury and also some sort of illness, and defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus, who played great last week against the Los Angeles Rams, but left the game with a hamstring injury which will end his season.

The Saints on the other hand have ruled out several of their key players in running back Alvin Kamara and receiver Chris Olave. Their starting quarterback, Tyler Shough, has a hip issue but does not have a game designation for this weekend and will be good to go. His backup, Spencer Rattler, will be questionable due to a right finger injury.
