Running back De'Von Achane is likely to miss the Miami Dolphins' regular season finale against the New England Patriots.
On the team's final injury report of the 2025 season, Achane is listed as doubtful for the Dolphins' Week 18 game due to a shoulder injury. If he sits out, it would be the first game missed by the running back since his rookie season.

Achane missed all three of the team's practices this week, but Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel said that doesn't guarantee he'll be out of action.
"Typically guys that don’t practice on Friday don’t end up playing," McDaniel said. "However, special circumstances so I’m not going to rule [Achane] out and he’s motivated to try to play, so I’m going to take the time with him as well.”
Safety Minkah Fitzpatrick is out of action, though, and another seven Dolphins players are questionable.
