Fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers have a lot to celebrate on Victory Monday, as not only did the Steel City brand of football clinch a spot in the 2025 playoffs, but wide receiver DK Metcalf has returned following a two-game suspension.

On Monday, ESPN’s Brooke Pryor reported that Metcalf walked into the Steelers locker room, with his return celebrated by veteran wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling singing, “Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back.”

The NFL suspended Metcalf two games for his involvement in the physical altercation with Detroit Lions fan Ryan Kennedy, but the Steelers’ Week 18 victory over the Baltimore Ravens set the stage for his return to action.

Recording 59 catches for 850 yards and six touchdowns through 15 games this season, Metcalf will look to pick up where he left off when the Steelers host the Houston Texans in the wild-card round of the playoffs on Monday, January 12, at 8:15 p.m. EST.
