The offseason will begin after the Kansas City Chiefs conclude their 2025 season on Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders. A hot topic going in will be the team's coordinators interviewing for potential head-coaching jobs around the league.
According to a report from NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy is expected to interview with the Tennessee Titans.
Other candidates mentioned as interested in the job include Mike McCarthy, Jeff Hafley, Jesse Minter, Robert Saleh, and Chris Shula.

Tennessee owner Amy Adams Strunk announced changes to the responsibilities of president of football operations Chad Brinker and general manager Mike Borgonzi. Borgonzi, a former member of the Chiefs' front office, will assume complete roster control and lead the search for a new head coach. Former head coach Brian Callahan was fired early in the year, ending his tenure in Tennessee with a 4–19 record and just one home win in less than two seasons.
Nagy notably interviewed for head-coaching vacancies with the New York Jets and the New Orleans Saints last year. The former NFL quarterback served as the head coach of the Chicago Bears for four seasons from 2018 to 2022.
