Denver Broncos fans might recognize two players on the Los Angeles Chargers' sideline when the AFC West rival visits Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday.
The Chargers have two former Broncos players on their practice squad: tight end Thomas Yassmin and defensive lineman Kyle Peko.

Yassmin (6-5, 251 pounds) is an Australian-born tight end who joined Denver's squad as part of the NFL's International Player Pathway Program in 2024. After spending his entire rookie season on the Broncos' practice squad, Yassmin was cut during the 2025 offseason. Three months later, he joined the Chargers.
Peko (6-1, 305 pounds) joined Denver's active roster late in the 2019 season before opting out of the 2020 season due to COVID-19. He was then released during the 2021 offseason after totaling one tackle in two appearances. Peko has spent time with five other teams since being cut by the Broncos, including a stint in L.A. that began in October.
Neither Yassmin nor Peko has appeared in a game for the Chargers this season.
