Caleb Williams will have a lot of pressure on him this weekend.
The starting quarterback for the Chicago Bears will look to lead his franchise to its first playoff appearance since the 2020 season, and a showdown with bitter NFC North rivals, the Green Bay Packers, awaits. The Bears are riding high as the No. 2 seed entering the NFC playoffs after an 11-6 regular season, but if the franchise could earn its first postseason win since 2010, it would make things that much sweeter in Chicago.

So it's safe to say Williams will have plenty of hopes resting on his shoulders this weekend, but he strangely does not seem worried in the slightest. During his latest interview with the media, he actually insinuated the opposite: that he is as ready as anyone could be for the challenge at hand.
"I think I am built for these moments mentality-wise, how I've worked," Williams said. "I've been in a bunch of big games before and a bunch of big rival games. In those moments and in these moments, I think I can provide a spark for the team. I think I can do whatever my team needs me to do."
After the team's 19-16 loss to the Detroit Lions to close the season, Williams is aware that the team can't have any more mishaps and that he needs to play a significant role in making sure that doesn't happen. The second-year signal caller, who has thrown for 3,942 yards and 27 touchdowns this season, is approaching this weekend's game with a no-nonsense attitude when it comes to making sure he helps have his team fully prepared.
"I think we just came out flat. We don't have time for that anymore," Williams said. "We'll make sure we don't, and that starts with me. That starts with me, and we will make sure that that doesn't happen."
