The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have not had the run they thought they would in recent years. Despite several division titles and playing in a weak division, they remain plateaued as a team. As a result, some folks are looking fora change at the head coach spot, but according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, that is not likely to happen.
Schefter spoke on ESPN's Sunday NFL Countdown regarding the situation with Todd Bowles. He painted a picture that most everyone else has seen at this point, that the Glazer Family does not want to make a move, as they believe in the structure of the team as is.

His report on ESPN said, "Yeah, let's take it through some of these scenarios. We'll start with Todd Bowles, and he's won three straight divisions, and could win a fourth straight division today (he did not), depending on the Saints-Falcons result. The Buccaneers' owners do not want to make a change. They want to keep Todd Bowles, and the feeling around the league is, ultimately, that they will keep them. We are leaning safe on Todd Bowles staying in Tampa, but let's see how it works out."
Furthering the idea that Bowles will be retained is that he is expected to speak to the media on Monday, something the Glazer family would have to clear before allowing. If ownership had planned to make a change, they would not have allowed him to speak to the media before doing so.
So with that, buckle up, Bucs fans, because something has to give this offseason; it's just a matter of what.
