Broncos release updated depth chart ahead of Chargers game

1 week ago 2

The Denver Broncos have released an updated depth chart ahead of their regular season finale against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 18.

Denver has made several changes to the roster since Week 17, including placing starting center Luke Wattenberg on injured reserve, signing center Sam Mustipher and bumping backup lineman Calvin Throckmorton down to the practice squad.

Mustipher is now listed as the backup center behind fill-in starter Alex Forsyth. Meanwhile, the Broncos continue to list the left guard position as Ben Powers "or" Alex Palczewski. They have been splitting time at the position since Powers returned from IR.

Fans should note that while it comes straight from the team, the Broncos still call this an "unofficial" depth chart, so it should be taken with a grain of salt. With that in mind, here's a look at how players stack up going into Week 18.

Pat Surtain missed three games earlier this season with a pectoral injury, but he's back in the lineup now and has been elected to his fourth-straight Pro Bowl.
