The Buffalo Bills have been hit hard by injuries ahead of their divisional playoff game against the Denver Broncos.
The Bills were already missing cornerback Maxwell Hairston (ankle), linebacker Terrel Bernard (calf) and running back Ty Johnson (ankle) going into the NFL playoffs, then they lost safety Jordan Poyer (hamstring) and wide receiver Gabe Davis (knee) during a 27-24 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.

Buffalo coach Sean McDermott said Poyer will be week-to-week and won't play in Denver. Davis tore his ACL and will miss the rest of the season. The Bills previously placed receiver Josh Palmer on injured reserve ahead of their wild-card game, and fellow WR Tyrell Shavers is still being evaluated after suffering a knee injury on Sunday.
There is some good news for Buffalo as defensive lineman Ed Oliver (biceps) and wide receiver Curtis Samuel (neck, elbow) are set to return to practice this week, and tight end Dalton Kincaid "should be fine," according to McDermott.
On top of all that, star quarterback Josh Allen is "sore" following Sunday's win. Allen was evaluated for a possible concussion, hit his passing hand on a helmet and had his knee bent awkwardly against Jacksonville.

As for the Broncos, coach Sean Payton expects to have "most everyone back" following the team's first-round bye. That presumably includes starting linebacker Dre Greenlaw (hamstring).
With their game scheduled for Saturday, Denver and Buffalo are expected to practice on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday ahead of their playoff showdown. Injury reports will be published after each practice.
