For the first time in a long time, Michigan State men's basketball will be an underdog on Friday.
Michigan State has opened as a slight underdog in Friday night's ranked matchup at Nebraska. According to FanDuel, Michigan State is listed as a 1.5-point underdog against the Cornhuskers, with the over/under total set at 145.5 points.

Michigan State comes into this matchup on a four-game winning streak, and boasting a 12-1 overall record and 2-0 mark in Big Ten play. The Spartans needed a strong second half to pull away from pesky Cornell earlier this week -- which was their first game back since the holiday break.
Nebraska is off to an incredible start to the season with a perfect 13-0 overall record and 2-0 mark in conference play as well. The Cornhuskers, like Michigan State, needed a strong second half to avoid an upset scare earlier this week against New Hampshire.
Tipoff from Lincoln, Neb. is scheduled for 9 p.m. ET on Friday. The game will be streaming on Peacock.
