Bayern's Karl wants to play for Real Madrid one day

Bayern Munich starlet Lennart Karl has revealed he wants to play for record Champions League winners Real Madrid one day.

"Of course Bayern are a very big club. It is a dream playing there. But one day I definitely want to go to Real Madrid. That is my dream club - but that stays between you and me," he said with a smile on Sunday during a fan club visit.

Forward Karl, 17, has risen from Bayern's academy into the first team this season, scoring six goals and getting two assists from 22 appearances. He has a Bayern contract until 2028.

His market value is given at €60 million ($70 million) by the transfermarkt portal and although yet to be called up Karl is considered a candidate for Germany's World Cup squad in summer.
