How many present Washington Commanders will be turning age 30 or more next NFL season?

Thinking of general manager Adam Peters and how much work he has to do in the coming offseason, I determined to look at the current roster. What I found is that Peters has even more work than I realized, regarding the age of the roster.

Peters is not going to be able to wait on many decisions, he is going to need to hit the ground running. The very next day following Sunday's game in Philadelphia, may not be a bad time to start. He is going to need to release veterans, signing younger players to future contracts and scouting college players for the upcoming NFL draft in April.

Yes, we knew the Commanders are the oldest team in the NFL this season. But wow, did you realize 28 current players on the 53-man roster are now age 29 and older? Meaning the next NFL season will be their age 30 season or beyond. Here they are:

Six more Commanders on injured reserve are currently age 29 or older:

Yes, we're aware that several of these players are on expiring deals, but Peters must replace every roster spot. He will be busy this offseason.
