Amorim 'has to be careful' after latest outburst

Ruben Amorim's vocal challenge to Manchester United's hierarchy to let him do his job without interference has made the back pages of Monday's national newspapers.

He brought up the names of three high-profile former Premier League bosses in Sunday's post-match interview and suggested they would not be subjected to the interference he feels he has experienced.

"I understand his frustration but he can't come out and say it when he's not been a complete success since joining United," said former Premier League striker Clinton Morrison on BBC Radio 5 Live's Football Daily podcast.

"The board backed him when a lot of people wanted him to lose his job so he has to be careful.

"We have seen it with Enzo Maresca and Nuno Espirito Santo - and there is only ever going to be one winner.

"He will last to the end of the season but managers can't keep coming out to the media and criticising those above them."
