Per an announcement on social media Monday morning, Alabama Crimson Tide starting center Parker Brailsford has officially declared for the 2026 NFL draft.
Brailsford, a redshirt junior, was one of Alabama's more intriguing NFL draft decisions to watch for this offseason, as the Crimson Tide's starting center had one season of eligibility remaining.

Among the players who followed head coach Kalen DeBoer from Washington, Brailsford has started at center every game the past two seasons for the Crimson Tide which he has played, and has been one of the SEC's top players at the position during his time in Tuscaloosa. Brailsford also served as one-of-four team captains for the Crimson Tide in 2025.
With the departure of Brailsford, Alabama is left without a clear starter at center on their 2026 roster, as backups Joseph Ionata and Roq Montgomery have been among the Crimson Tide players to enter the transfer portal. As a result of this, landing a starting center in the transfer portal could be something to watch for in the coming days.
